Yes. Broken chairs, damaged workstations and rusted storage still have scrap or parts value. We price them lower than usable pieces, but we take them in the same lot so you don’t need a separate clean-up.

We prefer lots of 20 or more pieces or a complete cabin or office. For smaller lots, call us — if our team is working nearby we still come.

We can give a rough range from photos and a count on WhatsApp. The final offer comes after a site visit, because condition and building access change the price.

Good-condition used furniture is priced for resale, by the piece or by the set. Old or damaged furniture is priced mainly on material and scrap value. Most offices have both, and we price each part accordingly within one offer.

Yes — sofas, beds, wardrobes and dining sets, preferably as a full house or several large pieces.

Everything the tenant installed is removed: furniture, partitions, ceiling, flooring, cabling, AC and fittings, leaving the space as the landlord handed it over. We agree the exact scope in writing against your lease handover terms.

On most furniture-heavy offices you are paid, because the furniture, ACs and metal are worth more than the labour. Jobs that are mostly gypsum, ceiling and debris with little resale value may carry a charge. The written offer states which it is before we start.

A 50–80 seat office is usually dismantled and cleared in one to three days. A full floor with ceiling and partitions takes longer; the schedule is part of our offer.

Yes. We can dismantle in phases — one wing or one floor at a time — so staff keep working in the rest of the office.

No. We demolish only non-structural elements unless the building owner provides a structural engineer’s approval and method statement.

Yes. Non-working units are bought for their copper, aluminium and steel content. Working units get a higher resale price.

Yes. Our technicians uninstall ACs, disconnect DG sets and UPS systems and remove them, so you don’t need a separate technician.

Lead-acid batteries contain lead and acid that are hazardous when dumped or broken open informally. Under the Battery Waste Management Rules, 2022, waste batteries have to go through registered recyclers, and we route them that way.

Yes. We plan the route with the building, use chain pulleys, hydras or cranes as needed, and dismantle the canopy if the set doesn’t fit the ramp in one piece.

By cash, UPI or bank transfer, before the material leaves your premises. You get a written purchase receipt listing the items.

We give a purchase receipt with an item list and the amount paid, which your finance team can use for asset write-off records.

Three to four weeks before handover is ideal. That leaves time for a site visit, your internal approval for the asset sale, and a buffer if the building restricts working hours. We have also done closures with less than a week’s notice.

Yes. We are open all 7 days, and night work is routine in commercial towers that restrict daytime movement.
