Questions about office closure dismantling in Delhi NCR
How early should we call before the lease ends?
Three to four weeks before handover is ideal. That leaves time for a site visit, your internal approval for the asset sale, and a buffer if the building restricts working hours. We have also done closures with less than a week’s notice.
Can we keep some items?
Yes. Tag or list what stays. We leave those items untouched and buy the rest.
Do you give documents for our finance team?
We give a purchase receipt with an item list and the amount paid, which your finance team can use for asset write-off records.
