No. We demolish only non-structural elements unless the building owner provides a structural engineer’s approval and method statement.

We seal off the work area, use covered debris bags, work within the building’s permitted hours and clean common areas after each shift.

Demolition is usually a charged job, because rubble has no value. Metal and reusable items recovered reduce the charge, and the offer shows both.
