Dismantle and remove
A supervised crew works in the right order: power isolated, furniture, partitions, ceiling, flooring, then debris.
Handover
The floor is left broom-clean for your landlord inspection. Money due to you for bought items is settled before we leave.

What happens to refrigerant, oil and fuel?
Refrigerant is recovered and oils and fuel are drained into containers before any cutting or removal, so nothing is vented or spilled on site.
Can you remove a plant from a basement?
Yes — basements are common for DG and chiller rooms. We plan the route and often dismantle large units into sections that fit the ramp or shaft.
Do you buy non-working AC plants?
Yes. Non-working chillers and compressors are bought for their copper, steel and aluminium content.
