We walk the site with you — and the building facility team if needed — and list everything that has to come out.
Scope and schedule
You get a written scope, the number of days, crew size, and the net amount after setting off the value of what we buy.
Dismantle and remove
A supervised crew works in the right order: power isolated, furniture, partitions, ceiling, flooring, then debris.
Handover
The floor is left broom-clean for your landlord inspection. Money due to you for bought items is settled before we leave.

Both. Working machines are bought at resale value; non-working machines and structures are bought as scrap by weight. The dismantling cost is set off against that value.

Yes. We arrange hydras, cranes and rigging as the job needs and plan every heavy lift with your safety officer.
Can you work with gate-pass and weighbridge controls?
