- Material: steel frames and solid wood hold value; particle board with swollen edges does not
- Brand and model — complete systems from makers like Godrej Interio or Featherlite resell faster
- Dismantling effort and access — lift availability, the building’s permitted hours and distance to the loading bay
- Whether ACs, UPS, cabling or metal scrap are included in the same deal

Questions about old office furniture in Delhi
Do you buy office furniture that is broken or very old?
Yes. Broken chairs, damaged workstations and rusted storage still have scrap or parts value. We price them lower than usable pieces, but we take them in the same lot so you don’t need a separate clean-up.
Is there a minimum quantity?
We prefer lots of 20 or more pieces or a complete cabin or office. For smaller lots, call us — if our team is working nearby we still come.
Who pays for dismantling and transport?
We do. Our offer is the net amount you receive; dismantling, loading and transport are our cost.
Can you give a price from photos?
We can give a rough range from photos and a count on WhatsApp. The final offer comes after a site visit, because condition and building access change the price.
Do you give a receipt?
Yes, a written purchase receipt listing the items and the amount paid. If your company raises its own sale invoice or gate pass, we work with your admin and accounts team on it.
Do you cover all of Delhi or only South Delhi?
All of Delhi — South, East, Central, West and North. South and East Delhi are closest to our Noida shop, so they get the quickest visits.
Can you work in buildings without a goods lift?
Yes. Many older Delhi buildings have none. We carry furniture down by stairs with a larger crew and load from the nearest permitted point.
How soon can you visit in Delhi?
Site visits in Delhi are same or next day. Work can usually start within a few days of your go-ahead, depending on building permissions.
