Office dismantling means taking a working office back to an empty space: furniture, partitions, false ceiling, carpet tiles, cabling, AC and electrical fittings removed in the right order, with the building kept safe and clean.

It is the core of what we do, and it is paired with buying. Whatever has resale or scrap value is bought, and that value is set off against the labour — which is why many of our dismantling jobs cost the client nothing.

Delhi’s daytime restrictions on heavy vehicles also mean large lots are usually loaded in the evening or at night.

How it works

1. Walk-through

   We walk the site with you — and the building facility team if needed — and list everything that has to come out.

2. Scope and schedule

   You get a written scope, the number of days, crew size, and the net amount after setting off the value of what we buy.

3. Dismantle and remove

   A supervised crew works in the right order: power isolated, furniture, partitions, ceiling, flooring, then debris.

4. Handover

   The floor is left broom-clean for your landlord inspection. Money due to you for bought items is settled before we leave.

What decides the cost — or the payout

• Scope — furniture only, or a bare-shell handover including ceiling, flooring and partitions
• Resale value of what comes out, which we set off against labour
• Building rules — night-only work, lift booking, floor protection and debris routes
• How many days you have before handover to the landlord
